NEW PHONE MESSAGING SYSTEM
We wish to bring to your attention, that as of July 2025, our office will be switching to a phone messaging system, due to the increasing volume of calls.

When you phone our office, you will be directed to choose one of the following options and leave a message:
Option 1: to request an appointment or confirm an existing appointment
Option 2: to cancel an existing appointment or inform the office of a late arrival
Option 3: to return a call from the office
Option 4: to renew a prescription
Option 5: to request completion of a form
Option 6: to request results of a test or investigation
Option 7: to inquire about a general, non-urgent medical matter
Option 8: if you feel your matter is of a timely nature - keeping in mind for emergencies, please call 911 or go to nearest emergency department.

If you are calling for multiple requests, please leave only ONE message, at the most appropriate mailbox.
​
Our office will do our best to return your call as soon as possible, and within 3 business days.
As mentioned above, the phones will be open to leave messages during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 6AM - 6PM
Friday 6AM - 12PM.
They will be off evenings, weekends, and holidays (please see Office News Page for those dates).

Our hope is that this new telephone triaging system, will provide patients with an enhanced opportunity to contact our office.
We continue to do our best to ensure we meet the needs and requests of our patients as quickly and efficiently as possible, despite the very challenging circumstances which exist within our overburdened healthcare system.

AFTER HOURS CLINIC:
Available to our patients is our associated after hours clinic.
The After Hours Clinic is intended for non-urgent acute issues that arise that need to be addressed in a timely manner. It is NOT intended for emergencies or chronic issues.

210 Memorial Ave, unit 125 (Beside Ben's Pharmacy, just down from our office)
Clinic Hours:
Monday - Friday: 5:30PM - 7:30PM
Saturday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM
Closed Sunday & Holidays.

Provides patients with timely access to a nurse practitioner for urgent non-life threatening conditions that can be addressed virtually.
